I deposited some money and won some money. When I then wanted to withdraw my money, I had to confirm my identity in several different ways, passport, copy of water bill, confirm various types of information and sat with their customer service several times. They ended up closing my account and taking my money. They referred to certain things in the agreement that I had not fulfilled. Sick experience of people who seem to be completely uninterested in helping.

Even though it says on their site you cant login during this period, I could break the timeout by simply login and press cancel, and start playing again after 24 hours.
